Delete your account

You can delete your PauseTime account and the data linked to it at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open PauseTime → Profile → Account & security → Delete account.
If your account uses an email address or phone number, enter the verification code we send you. Guest accounts and accounts that only use Apple or Google sign-in don't need a code.
Confirm. You are signed out on every device.

Please write from the email address or phone number linked to the account, so we can confirm it is yours.

Your account is deactivated right away. For 7 days the deletion can be cancelled: just sign in again.
After 7 days we permanently delete your account, health and habit records, feedback, usage events, custom breathing plans, sign-in details and devices.
Purchase records (order numbers and store transaction identifiers) are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and are used only for that purpose and to prevent a purchase from being credited twice.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
